Since 1968, First Baptist Church has been dedicated to providing an opportunity for children and families to participate in athletics in a Christian atmosphere. First Baptist Athletics (FBA) serves over 3,000 participants a year and is widely recognized in Indiana as model of family recreation. FBA offers an ecumenical environment with the Christian ministry of children, family, and community as the foundation.

 

Children may choose from baseball and softball in the spring and summer, soccer in the fall, or two seasons of basketball in the winter. Hundreds of volunteers provide supervision and instruction in basic sport skills, while actively encouraging team play and good sportsmanship. First Baptist Athletics provides a fun, low stress atmosphere for children and families to spend quality time together.
