Men’s Bible Study

The main goal of our Men’s Bible Study Group is to individually spend time each day in reading God’s Word. A reading plan calendar is provided upon sign-up to the program. Daily scripture reading is taken from both the Old and New Testaments, using a Bible translation of your choice.

In our optional weekly group meetings on Saturday mornings (8-9:00 A.M. in First Baptist Church library, Room 112; enter building through west Door 4), we collectively explore “who, what, when, where, and why?” in favorite Bible verses and passages chosen from our individual reading during the preceding week.

This unique opportunity for men’s fellowship at First Baptist Church will strengthen and deepen our understanding of God’s Word, as well as cultivate and nurture current and future men servant-leaders in the likeness of Jesus. All adult men – in High School or college, working or retired – are welcome. Join us anytime during the year – when, and as often, as you are able.

To sign up for the Men’s Bible Study Group – either for our individual daily Bible study and/or our optional weekly group meetings on Saturday mornings at church – please provide your name, telephone number and email address to the Church Office, or contact Bob Ruble at or (317) 794-8743.

We look forward to meeting and welcoming you into our Men’s Bible Study Group!
